These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use", "Agreement", or "Service Agreement") govern your relationship with the WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras operated by Roy Labs Limited (hereinafter: "us", "we", or "our). It is important that you read this carefully because you will be legally bound to these terms.
Your access to and use of WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras.
By downloading the Application from the Apple App Store, and any update thereto (as permitted by this Agreement), you indicate that you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and that you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
A "service" is a piece of software designed to provide its users with tools to search for installed video surveillance cameras or potentially suitable items for placing cameras. It helps to detect and mark objects found on the screen both in a lighted room and in a dark room. It is configured for Apple mobile devices.
It is used for detecting and visualizing found cameras, and also provides for detecting a local wifi network for the presence of unknown connected devices that may be hidden cameras.
All software (including the Software, as defined below), applications, data, text, images, and other content made available by or on behalf of Roy Labs Limited. Any modifications to WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras are also subject to these Terms.
You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Application on any Products that You (End-User) own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in this section and the App Store Terms of Service, with the exception that such licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with You (End-User, The Purchaser) via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
This license will also govern any updates of the Application provided by Roy Labs Limited that replace, repair, and/or supplement the first Application, unless a separate license is provided for such update, in which case the terms of that new license will govern.
You may not share or make the Application available to third parties (unless to the degree allowed by the Apple Terms and Conditions, and with Roy Labs Limited's prior written consent) sell, rent, lend, lease, or otherwise redistribute the Application.
You may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile, integrate, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works or updates of, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, or any part thereof (except with Roy Labs Limited's prior written consent).
You may not copy (excluding when expressly authorized by this license and the Usage Rules) or alter the Application or portions thereof. You may create and store copies only on devices that you own or control for backup keeping under the terms of this license, the App Store Terms of Service, and any other terms and conditions that apply to the device or software used. You may not remove any intellectual property notices. You acknowledge that no unauthorized third parties may gain access to these copies at any time.
Violations of the obligations mentioned above, as well as attempts of such infringe, may be subject to prosecution and damages.
Nothing in this license should be interpreted to restrict third-party terms. When using the Application, you must ensure that you comply with applicable third-party terms and conditions.
WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras's subscription is purchased online or via Apple's App Store. When you purchase a subscription, you are also subject to the App Store terms of service.
WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras's subscription is purchased via an App Store account auto-renewing subscription. This means your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period.
Roy Labs Limited, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Your continued use of WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
You may be given an initial free trial period ("Free Trial Period"). You may cancel your account at any time during the Free Trial Period to avoid any additional charges. If you do not cancel your account during the Free Trial Period, then at the end of the Free Trial Period you will be automatically charged for the price of the account type you selected during registration and you will continue to be charged unless and until you cancel your subscription.
Note that if you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store, then you also need to ensure you cancel your recurring payments within that app store.
By accepting a Free Trial Period, you agree that, at the end of the Free Trial Period, you will be charged the then-current Subscription Fee for a Monthly or Annual Subscription, as specified in the offer for the Free Trial Period, and at the start of each subsequent billing period. You authorize us to charge you using the Payment Information you provided when you accepted the offer for the Free Trial Period. We may validate your Payment Information and the payment method you provided by requesting a temporary authorization to the financial institution that issued your payment method. If we determine that your Payment Information or payment method is invalid, we may revoke your subscription and terminate your Free Trial Period.
At any time and without notice, Roy Labs Limited reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
Prices for subscriptions may change from time to time to reflect inflation or changing business requirements. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel the relevant subscription before the price increase takes effect.
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time from within the application (if purchased online) or by signing in to your App Store account on your computer or iOS device and changing the settings.

Your payment is managed by Apple via App Store account, and you will need to contact Apple customer service for refunds, as we are not able to process refunds ourselves.
You are entitled to cease using WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras at any time and for any reason without notice to us, but you will continue to be charged for WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras until you disable subscription renewal in your App Store account settings on your device.
Our duty is to keep WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras as safe and well-maintained as possible. To this end, we may need to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. In the following circumstances we will provide notice to you prior to termination of your account: (a) you are in breach of these Terms; or (b) you are using WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras in a way that can cause or has caused a risk of harm or loss to either Roy Labs Limited or our other customers.
WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras and all contents, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, or code, are the property of Roy Labs Limited and are protected by copyright, trademarks, database, and other intellectual property rights. You may display and copy, download, or print portions of the material from the different areas of WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras only for your own non-commercial use. Any other use is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you a license to use any trademark of Roy Labs Limited or its affiliates. You further agree not to use, change, or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras.
The materials on Roy Labs Limited's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. "Roy Labs Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Roy Labs Limited does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
The operation of WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras is not guaranteed on all models of devices.
The materials appearing on Roy Labs Limited's website or application could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Roy Labs Limited does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Roy Labs Limited may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Roy Labs Limited does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Roy Labs Limited may revise these Terms of Use for its product at any time without notice. By using this product, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.
By continuing to access or use WhosPeek - Find Hidden Cameras after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using this mobile app.
